The protection of original inventions, writings, processes, programs, or artistic creations is assured by the Intellectual Property rights. The IPR also include trademarks or copyrights; patents are also a part of the IPR and they can be described as exclusive rights given to a patentee. Any patent which gets approved will be original, functional, and relevant for industrial and economical progress. These rights are permanently as long as the inventor makes his invention public.

  • Oh dear , not a great help are you .

How long did it take you to come up with that bit insight ?

  • I knew that when they first started commercials on tv for inventions, what I didn't expect to find is that even the government wants a couple of thousand up front just to start a patent "application process", crooks either way. Best thing to do I suspect is just apply for a patent so that it's pending and you've got a tentative legal claim to it, then emailyour idea directly to all competing companies for sale to the highest bidder.
