in this video the youngest guy looks like 40. our country has turned their back on heavy manufacturing,if, this country were to wake up and bring back our work, who is going to give the next generation the skills these guys learned from the generation before them. our skilled workforce is fizzling, no one notices it yet. These big companies sent engineers and facility managers over to places like mexico or china to help build their facilities.and start them up.
