  • I agree with nikeswooshguy, who cares about calories just eat the damn high fiber cereal with some fruit. It'll keep you full so you don't want to snack and it's good for you.

  • 150 calories per SERVING? Lol, one brand will have 3/4 of a cup as a serving and another will have a 2 cup serving size. You'd end up buying the 3/4cup serving cereal made of sugary crap (like Special K) even though it contains more calories per ounce. How about buying a low- or no-sugar added whole grain, high-fiber cereal instead of getting caught up in calorie counting?

  • is the girl a dietitian?

  • @blakasassin1 really? have you tried it with maple syrup, honey, or sugar? butter, milk or cream? raisins, cinnamon, or apples? you can also put in blueberries, strawberries or nuts? Sometimes I'll mix in banana for my son. I like mine with soymilk, butter and a TBSP of honey, along with butter/jam toast and a piece of kielbasa. MAN that is some good stuff. Promise you won't need to eat again for at least 4 hours.

  • @Bardoftoday i tried to eat oatmeal i just cant tastes like blahhh

  • Total is not a breakfast of champions. Read the rest of the ingredients. Instant Oatmeal is full of sugar. Go with 100% rolled oats add raisins and pure maple syrup. Wow, not a good video.

  • U to obsessed with calories!! Eat what u enjoy!

  • absolutely LOVE oatmeal for breakfast and you do feel full.. .cereal, no way

  • ya as far as me i say forget the calorie count im a slime guy and i work out 6 days a week i need alot of calories for energy, just keep the breakfast high fiber.

  • Actually for instant it's worse than the other kinds. The oats are penetrated bybthe water quicker which means that they aren't as good as the other and they're more processed and won't keep you full as long

  • This woman needs to stop counting calories and start choosing actual healthy FOOD. Not overly processed food-like substances.
