  • One of the elements of a contract is that both parties have an understanding of what they are contracting for. A reasonable and prudent person would think a "house my dog sleeps in" is a dog house. In addition, if this is a written contract, vague phrases are normally interpreted in favor of the party who did not draw up the contract. This is why we are in such do-do--the banks and mortgage brokers made fraudulent contracts and none of the attorneys generals stopped them.

  • Look up Jordan Maxwell maritime admiralty law!

  • Aren't there contracts that I wasn't there to sign?

What happens if something in the contract says you have to do it untill you die? ......you're sol aren't you? 8 (

  • Article 3 Section 2 defines Supreme Court jurisdiction "The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution..."

UNDER this Constitution. NOT regarding the Constitution itself. ONLY the PEOPLE have the RIGHT and DUTY to determine what is Constitutional as per the Preamble.

  • :) God bless the republic!
