Healer's POV on Thaddius 10 man

Strat:

Seppatate your raid in two even groups, specially in terms of DPS. Eacho group with tank, DPS and healer goes to each of the mini bosses at the same time. Its very important that their HP drop the same, at the same pace or you all are going to die. If you are running with 3 healers I would mostly suggest that you have one of the healer to DPS. I am not sure if you can actually see in this resolution, but the group that goes to the mini-boss to the right in this video is going to take a lot more damage because the mini-boss in the right does AOE damage to all the party. This way it is most probabble that when you engage combat with Thaddius, one of your healers is goin to have very low mana. Theres nothing to worry about thou because Thaddius himself doesnt hit hard on the Tank and throughout the fight there is some AOE healing that needs to be done to heal through his chain lightenings but its not that big deal. One good healer can solo heal the whole raid during Thaddius.

Once you have downed the two mini bosses, both groups will need to jump down towards the boss at the same time. This is a hard jump, believe me. Most likelly many of your guys is gonna fall to the green poison and have to swim all the way back, get up the platform and jump again. This will mostly not kill you since this sludge doesnt do as much damage as the ones previously seen in the Construct Quarter. Even thou, you dont want that to happen because you will waste your healer's mana to cure you and also you might aswell wipe the raid with a different pollarity.

A few seconds after your raid comes down Thaddius will be released and form that point it is crucial that everyone is paying attention to your debuffs. Now, personally I think Deadly boss mods is crucial to this fight and if you dont have it I would greatly reccomend that you download and use it at least for this fight. The people with (-) polarity debuff will need to stay in the left side (thats the side I happen to begin in this video), and people with the (+) debuff will stay to the righ, and everytime the boss does his "change polarity" thing you MUST pay attention to your debuff. Ita a random thing and you might not change your polarity, as happen to me about 4 times in a role in this video. When your polarity change you MUST change to the other side, whe nyou do that, you are going to need to keep goin like in a circle or like in a diamond and always going to your right, away from the boss, like cars in traffic (if you live in UK, Japan and etc, you can keep going left). The reason for that is because if the people with the (-) debuff get around 5 yards close to the people with (+) debuff, they will damage them about 7k damage or more each 4 or 5 seconds. You dont want that to happen and if it does its mostly going to wipe you all. Being that said, once again this is not a melee friendly encounter and you will need to be on each sides at the very edge of your hit range on the boss (good thing this is a big guy) once that if the melee stay to close they will kill each other. If you are melee, its a good thing that when you polarity change you first go backwards a little bit before goint to the other side.

One last thing about the debuffs is that the (+) debuff is actually a Buff, and gives you a fair ammount of damage increase, and for that to be maximized everyone with that debuff must stack together so, if you are ranged, get close to the melee. You'll do a lot more damage to the boss.
