i have this game right now. gold cart. haven't beat it for a while. but if you die, do you lose all your progress and have to do everything again? (palaces)

My personal favourite Zelda, but then again I am odd in what games in the series I like. I really liked Wind Waker yet disliked all the other 3-D Zeldas.

OoT if one that I tried to play through a half dozen times, but I find the game too devoid of foes and the second half of the game sort of loses steam. Both of these leads to me being bored, which is a huge disappointment as I pre-ordered the game.
