The key to hxc vocals is actually screaming.

You get little to no respect in the hxc scene for having to turn ur mic up past 2 cus you're so loud.

i scream in a local hxc band and you should be really working the diaphragm and pushing air out til your light-headed for the first month if you practice seriously screaming as loud as you can like 3x a week.

basically...its entirely to quiet and not considered screaming unless you...you know....scream....

Ya I was talkin to u. I'm not being rude or angry or anything and I'm sry if I came off that way, but I think tht in order for you to grow and excel as A musician, you need constructive criticism. That's all I was tryin to do. And I heard that recording from your basnd and you guys sound good. Like really good, so I don't think you suck or anything, but I think you'd benefit from a stronger, louder scream.

oh ok. i wasnt sure if you were talking to me or one of the people who commented. yeah i feel my screams are pretty strong. i dont have any distortion to my voice if thats what you think. i've been screaming for about 2 years now and i always use my diaphram. thanks though. good luck with your band

@lanDOMINATOR I agree with this dude I'm also a vocalist. If you dont actually scream then its not screaming unless youre doing like super super lows but there really arn't any in this song.

i like the sound of your vocals, but the thing is, when you cover a metal core song your vocals have to sound clean, not raspy. your sound would be great for death core, or death metal.
