If the accident is with the omelette itself.
Crack eggs and mix together with a fork. Add salt, then milk, beat again. Put butter in small frying pan over a medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the the pan and cook for 2 minutes until egg is set. Cook the omelette for approx 1 futher minute. Lift and fold the omelette.
When you are close to the end... DO IT AS FAST AS YOU CAN. You need to do the last part FAST so you can run from the accident itself :D

Move the stove to the living room and the make the omelette in there :D

Try to make the omelette from the windows that is outside the kitchen. You can fit the hands throug the windows and make the omelette. You are not IN the kitchen (where the accidents happens). Regards

First get a long stick. The attach the pan one of the ends, then get a manual hand to grab de egg. Place at least 20 feet away from the kitchen and use the hand to pour the egg on the pan and the use the stick to flip the pan. Everybody knows that all the accidents happen IN the kitchen itself.
