After years of being in chronic pain the mental anguish, it's just as bad as the physical pain. I was trying to tell my pain doctor (physiatrist) about this. Just like a POW that has been tortured with physical pain because it breaks a person down mentally. But she thought that I was taking the pain meds for depression. So she has stopped my pain medication and for me to "do something else".How many people are having the same problem with the doctors not listening and not enough pain meds?
