Fat Burning Dessert See Doctor's report below. Healthy Nutritious Lo Cal Lemon Italian Ice in 2 minutes. Only 4 Ingredients. I'll give you 2 ways to do this the heavyweight & the lightweight versions. Heavyweight best at fat burning has a stronger taste you might have to get used to a bit. Lightweight has a much better taste good fat burner. Heavyweight Version.
1) One Organic Lemon cut in quarters
2) One Cup of Filtered Water
3) Two Trays of Ice
4) Twenty Packets of Truvia a 0 calorie all natural sweetener made from the stevia plant.
( You may have to adjust the amount up or down of Truvia depending on the size of the lemon, how sour it is and your individual taste buds. )

Granted the traditional way of making Italian ice tastes the best. I love it but it is unhealthy as hell and as plenty to your waistline. It is loaded with high calories, sugar and most of them don't even use real lemon, just artificial lemon flavoring and chemicals . This version doesn't taste as good granted has a different taste we're using the skins & seeds remember which are bitter. It tastes good you might have to get used to the flavor a bit but is healthy for you loaded with Vitamin C, low in calories, very satisfying and turns your body into a fat burning machine.
Now if you are a lightweight and really don't like the taste of the skins you can use just the lemon no skins or seeds granted it does taste much better but not as effective as a fat buster but still good.

Dr. Ronald Stram Founder of the Center for Integral Health & Healing recommends the juice of 1/2 lemon in water . It stimulates your gallbladder ( an organ that produces bile , which breaks down fat). So why not do that will kick your gallbladder into high gear & in a way that it is a low cal great tasting dessert too. I do this several times a week.
