i actually just rented one of these at the range, along with a S&W 640, and was surprised to find that the 340 was actually significantly more comfortable and accurate (for me) when firing 38+P ammo in both.

yes that is quite a beast isn't it?? Im glad you tamed the beast with porting. i had one of these guns, and hated shooting it. I ended up trading it for a Walther PPK/s
