ich habe letzte Woche Gerrard Cross besucht....leider wurde ich ihre Villa abgerissen und für ein scheussliches Neubaugebiet ersetzt.
Aber Ihr Grab, sowie Ihres Mannes James Buckley(Stringer Davis) in Gerrard Cross ist gut erhalten....leider ohne Blumen....

Unforgetable Margaret Rutherford and unforgetable theme by Ron Goodwin. Margaret Rutherford played in a movie as a medium, with two ghosts, but i don't remember the title.

I do agree, although Joan Hickson is superb as well.
Dame Agatha dedicated a book to her, although she clearly said she was miscasted as Marple.
I like the them music from Joan Hickson's versions as well.
If fact, I was looking for the videos. Some are on NetFlix.
I would love to have all of them, every actress, to watch. I was too young to see any of them even in rerun.

Joan Hickson was in Margaret Rutherford's Murder She Said (1961) as Mrs. Kidder , funny how she ended up years later playing Miss Marple.
