Bay St. Louis, MS, Police #150
Police antagonizes a southbound driver by driving on his bumper for more than a mile at 45MPH. The policeman makes a quick turn left before coming to the Bay St. Louis Bridge entering Harrison County. The driver of the dark vehicle was being driven by a retired Navy veteran.
funny how many cops posted on this one.. Somebody musta gave ya'll a link.. That was tailgating. It is illegal. He don't deserve jail BUT he clearly deserves a ticket.

@ChannelingusIV Reckless driving. Look up the statue. You could have caused an accident. I didnt see him doing anything wrong.

"Antagonizing police" is what gets ppl in trouble. You antagonize ppl and get mad when they react.

@mjsummer That was kinda the point in the whole exercise. Bait them, get them to act on emotion then threaten them with a lawsuit

@mjsummer Gone to jail for what exactly? What is the crime?

@ChannelingusIV
I have no idea where you got that from or why you would say that. the point was simple. Had I been an officer and you done that then you would have gone to jail. that would have been the only funny thing about this story.

I have followed the police so long that one actually pulled over and wanted to know what i wanted on a highway. As he sat in the car I walked up to his window and said ''do you know i got you going 64 mph when the limit is clearly posted at 55?" This was seriously funny.
