Probably so, but they still work just fine. Photoshop, most likely, is more harder to work with as well versus Paint Shop.

Yeah, it's a lot more then 20, it's over 100. But there are cheaper alternatives, like Jasc Paint Shop Pro and Animation shop which are priced at, I think, $20-30. ^_^
