For the lazy people... morning. Oatmeal, peanut butter, honey, protein shake, lunch. Subway footlong chicken breast, any veggies, no dressing, snack. Cup of fruit, dinner. Chicken breast, spinach, white rice, later that night. Protein shake

Normal people don't have time to make all this crap.

Awesome, we're eating almost the same foods everyday. I started eating canned spinach almost everyday for lunch, and I have noticed im burning fat very fast. If you like chili, look on the men's health website. They have alot of high protein low fat chili recipes that are great for an everyday source of protein. Good luck

I love potatoes. I am just starting p90x. What do you think about potatoes? When I do eat them I bake them and add no butter and add salt free spices would that be ok?

@RejoycingYesterday Potatoes are ok, but they are more of a simple carb. Red potatoes are a better pick but sweet potatoes are the best health wise. But if you want a normal baked potatoe then go for it, just don't eat to many but it should be ok yeah! :)
