  • survivoree - The Engineering Reference tool included with Solid Edge has a pulley designer that lets you choose design parameters, pulley and assembly dimensions, Solid Edge them builds and places a 3D model of the pulleys.

You can use Solid Edge motion and the animation capabilities to simulate a pulley mechanism working!
