  • un arlecchin del genere farebbe impallidire,e venire un attacco di bile a qualsiasi Canio o Tonio che si rispetti dei giorni nostri. Meditate gente meditate.grande Aureliano riposa in pace.

  • AURELIANO CI MANCHI !

  • awesome! TY.

  • wow

  • Is this really an 1923 acoustic recording? If so, the quality of the reproduction is most commendably clear. Even if it should happen to be a few years later and an early electrical record the sound is still very fine. As well as that fine recorded sound, what a great performance this is! Any Beppe/Arlecchino would surely be wise to try to replicate Pertile's winning combination of brio, ardour and grace. I have never heard this tenor sound so well.

  • Esempio formidabile di come una voce di per sé priva di grandi attrattive ( soprattutto in senso timbrico ) possa, grazie a una tecnica sublime, divenire una delle migliori del secolo. Meraviglioso !

  • Bravo!

  • Pertile was known as Toscanini's tenor! His vocal colorings are as vivid as the finest paintings! Utterly evocative, he conveys his emotions in such manner as to draw us in, & make us feel what he feels! Amazing! A World Class tenor, Pertile wraps his elegant legato around meaningful phrasing and touching feeling. The elegant Virginia Zeani, who studied with Pertile, learned her fabulous art from him; now she passes it on to her own successful students. So the circle grows!

    Bravo, Pertile!!

  • one of the best ive ever heard, ever
