    ICC didn't change the rule for the doosra. The 15 degree figure was introduced as a general rule because there was NONE before that. Thats complete BS because Saqi invented the doosra and nobody had a problem with this elbow!!

    It's ok everyone, I remember when Walsh & Ambros used to bowl the good bouncers & then in came the rule of 1/over. Then Wasim bowling every ball differently & Waqar breaking toes of shaking batsmen then in came the ball tampering. This is a never ending story unfortunately not everyone can accept
