Watch this simple video, recipe for making this easy cowboy burger at home.
This was inspired by the cowboy burger at Whole Foods
Ingredients:
1/2 Pound Extra Lean Beef
1/2 Onion - Small Dice
1/2 Jalapeno - Seeded & Small Dice
2-3 Ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese - Cubed
1 Garlic Clove - Minced
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2) Mix all the ingredients together well
3) Form to 1/4 pound patties on a sheet tray or silver foil
4) Bake in the oven for 15 minutes - until medium well done
5) Yields 2 burger, Enjoy!
