No, No, you would still get abortions, only the poor (that usually need to the abortions more) will hire doctors that are unsafe. But the rich women will have both the money and the connections to have safe abortions still with doctors.We Americans need to stop what causes abortions, like the poverty level.This is not a black & white issue
