@1Trixstar hey.. just got a multigym and was wondering about the routines. If I did 2 different routines on monday & tuesday, then took a break wednesday and did them again on thurs and friday would this be alright or should I try and focus on different muscles on thursday and friday? I read not to train the same muscle two days in a row

@BoyShonny hi. this is richie, you should never train the same muscle when doing weights more than once until a couple of days later..this is not a workout it is just showing 13 things you can do with dumbbells..go to my website to see some workouts...the link should be in the description..

If I do this 3 times a day with 10LB weights, how long will it take to start building some pecks and what not?
