  • Do you have a good body weight exercise for back other than a pull-up?

  • @xzvxbgh try a suspended pull up, dangle your body from something solid and elevate your feet so you are horizontal and lower your chest up and down, let me know how you get on, Simon

  • @pushalabo thanks for the feedback bro, it may look "gay" but its prob one of the most effective exercises to hit all the muscles in your core! :)

  • i died when i was half through with 6.. too hard :(

  • @BubblyChunkie maybe you pushed yourself too hard at the start, try it again and pace yourself maybe?, i appreciate its timed and you want to get the best possible time but take your time and complete it then next time aim for a slightly faster time :)
