years ago most of ignornace costa ricans welcome foreigner until now.crime rate is too high,international organized crime,fugitives, and todays costa rican economy turism is not the major source of income,plus expats dont help the economy a bit,instead they suck on our social security,costa vricans are more open minded and life in costa rica could not be that paradise your dreaming on
