we were there @noon but the cops clear the square@4pm n pushed ppl off the square into the blocks n do the safty check. the worst time isnt to be there to wait@noon, but the time when then push us into street and wait for safty check.Don't drink water for two days, cause it's too hard to find a place to pee after 4pm when people reenter the square.Have fun and happy new year!
