How many pound of live rock is in there. . . I am trying to start one on a budget and cannot afford 300 dollars worth of rock.

I'm not exactly sure how much I put in. I think it was between 50-75 lbs. Yeah, live rock can be pricey. You might want to buy the cheap base rock/dead rock and add a piece or two of live rock with it. The live rock will seed the base rock over time.

Love the FOWLR.........and I fucking hate tang police!!!!!! There just contradicting wankers! "oh no that tank is too small for tangs, minimum 7 foot" yet these cunts keep them in 3 foots! If you put a tang in a tank then so long as he isn't climbing the glass Walls or wedging himself amongst LR then he's happy.

i have a 125g right now....one firefish..haha i had sharks n groupers with triggers then decided to get a reef tank n marine madness i really dont think ur tank is oversticked but its ur tank so whatever haha btw guy who posted this vid in my oppinion u need a lot more rock.. my tank is side to side top to bottom with rock haha

Oh hey, you're from PA too! That's awesome, i go to TFP quite a lot, i'm down by camp hill where i live- so i can't make the drive that much. Looking to start up an aquarium here soon- i'm mostly a reptile guy but reefs look extremely fun to have!

@PWNINGGOLDFISH i can assure you that RIGHT NOW my tank is not over stocked i realize tangs do need a big tank and we will upgrade to a 250 gallon in our basement soon,i personally haven't seen a tank yet on youtube big enough for tangs since in the wild they live in schools of like 30 or more.A 120g tank would be big enough to house a lion its whole life<my opinion. biggest aquarium kept lion ever recorded was 1'3"...2' maybe in the wild.

Im sorry but tank haters really get on my nerves.

@MARINEMADNESS123 Your tank is very over stocked. Upgrade or trade for smaller fish. Pretty soon you will have fish dead because a volitan lion will get over 2 feet and the others over one and the hippo just like the lion needs a fish tank over 100 gallons.
