Yes. It was limited by the NFL and the Titans. They have strict time limits at FL half-times, because they have paid sponsor activities, and have to clear the field to let the teams stretch out and set up for the second half before going live to network tv. Full college game shows without a visiting band can run nine to ten minutes, but NFL game shows are half that length.
