http://vitalflow.tv Int/Adv The Rollover, Shoulder Bridge, Side Kicks and Prone Leg Pulldown: these four exercises demonstrate how the feet work during Pilates to avoid knee, back and neck problems. • Thanks for the positive comments you have made. It's a big deal if I have offended anyone and if this is the case, I apologise - obviously it was unintentional. I often turn around during a video and clearly didn't take the set arrangement into consideration. I shoot the videos myself so can't see the frame as I work through a sequence. If anyone would like me to remove the video, post a comment.

  • Very nice video, well presented and performed. One question though, why do you show the exercise with the Buddha nearest to the feet? at some stages it even looks as if you are placing the feet on the Buddha head. I know it isn't very much of a big deal for Westerners, but it is a big disrespectful sign to Asian people. Maybe you would concider re-videoing it? But then again, if you are only teaching over here, I doubt anyone would notice :)

    Chok Dee!

  • Fantastic! Brilliant presentation and very easy to follow. I'll be looking at more Vitalflow material. This girl is brilliant!
