Crazy old obscene Wong is doing illegal activities, making complaints against him, he says the complainant creating noise and trouble the whole morning and everyday. He never admits he's done every crimes and illegal activities. He did it purposely to disturb gov't staff to have a thorough investigation. A crazy couple vs a woman, 2 vs 1, always bully that woman with more than 1 mean they are more powerful and they intentionally bully you. Police do nothing even saying the complainant is bad. He didn't mind he and his family are cheap and being trouble maker because they have more mouths to twist thing upside down. Check the video "walk with the enemy" earlier, he pretended he was scared and helpless when he faced a man. He had admitted he had sexual harrassed the man's wife in that series. Now he forbids and denies again. You see how strong he is when he faces a woman. He is an actor as well as a friend of police and the mean "Yim" family.
