Referendum për ligjin e plehrave - Vizion Plus - News - Lajme

Pas rimiratimit nga mazhoranca te ligjit qe lejon importin dhe përpunimin e plehrave, ka reaguar ashpër Kuvendi Civil i cili prej ditësh ka nisur mbledhjen e firmave për referendum.
Kreu i këtij Kuvendi, Dritan Broka, e cilësoi ligjin antikombëtar dhe kërcënoi se mbështetësit e kësaj iniciative nuk do te lejojnë ne asnjë dogane futjen e plehrave te huaja, pa u shprehur me pare populli me referendum. Kundër ligjit për menaxhimin e mbetjeve doli edhe presidenti topi, i cili nuk e dekretoi atë për shkak te nenit 49 te tij qe lejon importin e plehrave ne vendin tone, duke argumentuar se bie ndesh me kushtetutën. Gjate seancës parlamentare, debatet dhe akuzat mes mazhorances dhe opozitës për këtë çështje vazhduan për afro nëntë ore. Ndërsa deputetet vijonin diskutimet mbi ligjin, intelektuale te ndryshëm protestuan para dyerve te parlamentit, për te mos lejuar sipas tyre shndërrimin e Shqipërisë ne një kosh gjigant plehrash te shteteve te tjera.

Top of this Assembly, Dritan pitcher, called anti-national law and threatened the supporters of this initiative will not let us waste no customs foreign entry without first stating the people by referendum. Against the law for waste management carriage came also the president, who decreed it not due to its Article 49 that allows the import of fertilizers in our country, arguing that contrary to the constitution. During the parliamentary session, debates and accusations between majority and opposition on this issue continued for nearly nine hours. While deputies attended the discussions on the law, various intellectual protested outside the door of parliament, to prevent their conversion by Albania in a giant trash bin of other states.
