Still working on the Brakes. New Front end is done. And, I'm still having Video Upload problems, from the Camera to the PC. Starts skipping at about 2:40. New tape, AC power during recording, I don't understand.

  • hi i love your build i am building a truck my self very soon also but i am wondering were you bought the new servo from and how much it was and how do you have it hooked up i appreciate greatly if you could tell me thankyou

  • To - @45olives

Check out part 17 for the new servo, and part FAQ for info/spec's on the Servo.

    Thanks.

  • word of advice i wouldnt be running such a small steering servo on those big wheels just gonna ruin them

  • To - @KingRcMitch

I advise you to check out part 17 :-).

  • anyway so down to my question, i see your fuel tank there and im just wondering, that little v8 is a 4 stroke correct? i dont think it will burn so much gas up so you dont need such a big tank, a side note i wonder what kind of oil you put in that? must be very thin if so, ok about that fuel tank. i have to ask what is the purpuse of the water tanks? im not sure but to me they look like good fuel tanks unless your going to be cooling it with that but that would be silly, theres no cams on this?

  • To - @experenceturbulance

Yes, it's 4-stroke. Watch the level in the fuel tank in part 1. It will go thru some fuel. And this tank is fairly close to scale. No oil in the engine, the fuel does the lubrication. The water tanks are to hold water to cool the engine. The engine has a singe cam shaft.

    I still am that kid.

  • i like your brakes, very simple drum brakes and the simplicity saves you time, also isint even noticable when the wheel is on, well except for that pivoting piece, you could have made something like on a old motorcycle but smaller and with a little pully, anyway sorry if im not making much sence im just trying to throw something out there, ive seen all these videos, well atleast the later ones of this taking form, none of the frame building ones (if there was) and ive seen nothing past this

  • fantastic job on the steering!

  • The air cleaner is so cute :D

  • That's an epic bulid ! Big respect for patience and work put in it !!!

  • To - @experenceturbulance

Check out part 18 for better brakes.

  • if there was a belt on this you could put a cute little rad on it but that would be tedious and the fins would be very delicate, also i dont see anything for rad hoses on the block do i? and making the ports would be hard, anything on that little engine would be hard thats why i wanna know if it truley is a 4 stroke, anyway this truck is very awesome to say the least, in my point of view its ' dope 'anyway goodbyeim going to pay more attention to your video then watch more. answer some q's eh?
