Beware and be cautious of fine prints of Ekta builders ... they will ask for black cash money after you get into agreement like Open Car parking (which is illegal as per Indian Govt. rules). They will also force you sign a VAT as a fixed deposit for the decision that was rejected by High Court. Dont get lurked into any Ekta projects... unless you want to see your hard earned money go away! NRI's beaware ...dont get lured by this nice video....
