Jimmy Carson.(2;23)..the guy they got for Gretzky....he ended up being a postive for the team only as part of trade to Detriot in 90 that got the Oilers Graves, Murphy and Kilma( seems like Carson was rip off for any team that got him in trade lol) and he tended to dissappear in the tighter checking denfensive playoff games (ask Vancouver in 94) Carson is now a finance advisor back in his hometown.

I've never considered myself a Messier fan, but anyone who bad mouths him as a hockey player, or even doesn't admit his greatness, may as well just be ignored, as they have no valid hockey opinion.
