True story...this code is for those in the life, in the game. ppl who handle their business and make problems disappear. this code dont apply to civilians, otherwise u got anarchy and slaughter on women and babies while petrified ppl keep their mouths closed.

Stuff happens everyday and black people don't say nothing. Meaning drug selling,prostitution,abuse ext... Cameron stated he wouldn't snitch on a serial killer but I think he used a poor example.We know if we new somebody like that a dime would be dropped or people would take it into their own hands. I've seen situations where people don't say nothing but that doesn't mean that they don't care?We are conditioned to believe someone else will call the police so we don't have to worry about it.

And the residents & children in those neighborhoods learn that they outnumber the stop snitching crowd, and they CAN take their neighborhood back.

And it makes a difference for them to see a black doctor doing it, not a white cop. Because I can tell them my background and that I grew up in a neighborhood just like theirs.

And nothing makes a nigger's blood run cold like the neighborhood standing up and saying "no more. We snitch."
