The Drake Team was formed in 1998 when Gina and Greg Drake retired from the grocery business.

They wanted to find some work that allowed them to continue to help people, so they became Realtors.

Because they had maintained so many contacts from their grocery store days and were known for excellent customer service, their Real Estate business exploded.

In a short time their team grew to 8 people and they ranked #2 in sales out of 3,300 Michigan agents in with a large franchise operation.

Their tagline is "We're not #1, You Are!", and they treat their clients like they would want to be treated.

And in July of 2007, after being with a large franchise for 7 years, they started Realty Experts to provide their clients with the best service.

Greg is the listing agent for the team, and Gina heads up the buyer side side with 4 other buyer agents.

They also have three full-time administrative staff to service their clients on a daily basis, which allows their agents to spend more quality time with their clients.

At the Drake Team, their business model is all about client service.
