Goodevening Limeliters. On the first hand congratulations with this excellent performance. However, considering the circumstances, i am currently thinking about massive moustaches. Anyhow, i sang exactly the same song in Dutch. It gave me muh pleasure writing the song. Actually, it gave me more. Because when singing the song for the first time i met my wife Desiree. At this moment we are drinking wine (red) on the balcony. Regards Ted
At 1:38 you will see Glen's face. He is standing to Lou's left behind another guitarist. At 1:49 you seeAlex playing guitar to Lou's right . If you look at one of the other clips from that evening. "Limelighters-A naturally unnatural act you will see and hear all three. Let's all agree that we are fans and that we miss Lou.
You obviously don't use your eyes. Not every fat guy is Glen. Not every bearded guy is Alex. "Put down the bowl, fatso~~~" is definitely Limeliters. "Put down your bango, a**hole!" is not.
@thirty6min Since I own a copy of the Pioneer LaserDisc this video was taken from I can vouch for it being the original Limeliters. It is from the LaserDisk "There's A Meetin' Here Tonight" and features The Kingston Trio on side 2. I've seen the original Limeliters in person twice. The copyright is 1981. Lou is featured on this song. He is joined by Alex Hassilev and Glen Yarbrough. I miss Lou. He always made me laugh.
Where was Lou joined by Alex and Glen on this clip? The LIMLITERS NEEDS ALL THREE TO BE GENUINE! Glen is not Limeliters by himself, or Alex, or Lou by any oneself. It is pathetic and criminal to pass Lou off as the Limeliters. I saw them in Sausalito too, that never make my eyes too misty to watch this clip.

(By the way I've worked with them)
