I'm from Tn so please don't claim to speak for me. I've never thought Thompson was running to help anyone but himself and his wife raise some cash. To call McCain a liberal is a joke. Learn what being a liberal is first instead of listening to talking points from Limbaugh.

Everyone in TN knew Fred was just acting like he was running to continue helping the liberal warmonger. He was just doing his job to hurt the other candidate and help the liberal McCain. That is why he never tried to make an impact. He did divert enough votes and money away from Huckmee and Gouliani to eliminate. That may have been best for Ron Paul after the dust clears. Serves him right.
