  • looks like you have loads of time getign the bubbles out. Is it the type of resin that you are using that alow for a longer wourkign time?

  • @AntonyTrickrider ....mixing the resin cold allows a lot of work time..... mixing hot allows much less time to work...it all i how much hardener you use

  • Hey man, lovin the information your allowing us to have. I have been watching a lot of videos on this trying to get a good ideaof how to start making some moulds. Do you let each layer cure fully before the next? If so, do you sand the cured glass before the next layer?

  • @jamesmorris29 ......YES...Let each layer or every 2 layers cure fully before starting the next layer.... You ONLY have to SAND between layers if your resin has WAX in it.... The wax will float to the top and coat the surface of the layer...so a good sand job is a must or your fiberglass wont stick...... USE GOOD NON WAX RESIN so you wont have to sand

  • Man, I'm hopping in late on this series. I have a lot of catching up to do. Thanks for telling it how it is.

  • @gregmporter ... You're welcome Greg... Ive seen your videos too man....I like-um very much..... Seems like our REAL REALITY YOUTUBE TV FAMILY is getting larger by the week..... Have some new vids coming soon and hope to see your new ones too.... Im looking for a body man to sand some of my plugs so i can make some new molds...lemmie know if you hear of any takers?.... Be Cool
