Je ne suis pas francaise, mais i know that French poeple like to enter into other countries busness like Ingrid the dirty french, they colonied my country for 60 years but we kicked them out, thanks God
-
i think she needs to be sent back to the FARC, maybe that will teach her to be humble. ..... say, ingrid why don't you go back to colombia and try to talk to the farc again :) hopefully they'll take you back to where you seem to belong now that you want a piece of the country JUST LIKE THEM!!!
stay in france ratica, no one needs you in My Country!!

lies, lies and lies.... she needs to stop making Colombia look bad, she is no real Colombian. There has been hostages that were in the jungle 12 years, there were major, senators and governors and they are calling the most important hostage... she never would had won the election, she is to be the joke of the elections... And now she is asking for money, she should pay Colombia back for her ignorance. FARC did not do anything, she fuck more than one, read the books!!! NO MORE INGRID, GO TO HELL
-
Send her back to the jungle with the FARC, exchange her against the other unfortunates who are still there and held hostage. This is the worst and most hated person on the planet as per today.
She request close to 7 million US$ for compensation to the Colombian governement while soldiers risked their lives for her. She must return the French Legion d'Honneur medal, she does not deserve it. Follow more coments on Facebook. Search for "Non a l'indemnisation d'Ingrid Betancourt"

Ingrid Betancourt: you are the worst person in the world, hypocrite, ungrateful, opportunist, shameless. You were warned to not go where the guerrilla were but your arrogance was bigger and now you show up suing de Colombian government??, the one that saved you from the jungle, the one that risked a lot for you!!!!!! It s unbelievable your level of cynicism. Go to Hell!!
-
She comes across as a selfish cow. Many of her fellow captives have confirmed this, and now she is asking for compensation from the Colombian government. Compare her to Terry Waite who was so humble after his release from captivity in Lebanon.

This rescue makes me proud of being a Colombian!
Congratulations, Mr. Sackur. In your interview you managed to keep the delicate balance between what nosy viewers want to know and what would be respectful and not additionally traumatizing to ask a kidnapping victim. As you so accurately described in your article "Betancourt endures media frenzy", there are some details that we don't need to know about.
