Shane and Shane singing their version of the hymn "Before the Throne of God Above."
The theology in this song is solid. We hope you enjoy the slideshow.

  • I am a worship leader for a church in the Twin Cities. Today, I came across the lyric for this song (never having heard the melody), and became convinced I HAD to learn it in time to teach it to the congregation this Sunday. Tonight, I sat down in front of my computer and listened, and I just came undone. This is the True Gospel. Our church body is going to be so blessed to have the truth of this song wash over them. Thank you for sharing this!

  • @atsf1920 Thank you. Isn't it amazing how some songs can communicate the Gospel so well?

  • We are so wretched and He is so worthy, we are so base but He is so holy, praise, glory, honour and adoration only to the WISE KING ETERNAL, Jesus Christ our Lord

  • love it!

  • @ 3:55 it makes me think of the day that Jesus returns and brings us home. : ) Thanks for sharing YO!

  • Such an amazing song and band. Love their harmoines and guitars so rich. Praise the One Risen Son of God! Awesome

  • praise the lord for all he has done don't take the the words too serious

  • the chorus. just gets me every time

  • i listen to this song and it just makes cry i savior is so good

  • @itskragus my quote? Galatians 2:21, and as for the position as a whole, check out Hebrews 10. This particular passage quotes from, I believe, Hosea and Psalms. I take no notion of disrespect, as I meant none by my comment or this reply. Only hope to promote the truth of the Gospel through the revelation of his word, but sometime our flesh mistake ideas about scripture for what scripture actually says.

  • @ClutchZ28 I mean no disrespect, but is that in the scriptures?
