These are the photo's from the day I went to the fairy fair at Narborough Hall. It was a scorching hot day in July this year. I went a few years ago and we got rained on! Its a lovely day out hosted by the fairyland trust, who organise these to promote conservation, introducing nature, and protecting magical places.

There are stalls and vendors, and magical workshops for the Children as well as a fairy float race, and excellent things like wand making, building fairy houses... everyone dresses up with their wizards hats and fairy wings.

Narborough Hall itself is a really magical place, we wandered around it and kept finding little bridges and wooden huts and hand carved benches...

I have no affiliation with the fairyland trust but if you would like to read more about the fairy fair here is the link to it:

Hope you enjoy the video...

  • Reminds me of Mediaeval babes.

  • @northman585 Thank you :) I have some of their music on here to my other video's x

  • Beautiful events like this really do keep the pagan traditions of early Briton alive and I would imagine the children really enjoyed being there too.

  • @MAGICKMINSTREL718 Thank you! My Finley was still in his pushchair when I went here, they have moved it now to Holt which is further for me to go, maybe next year :) thanks x
