@supersilveradoz71 what was the result after those mods. i have all the cept for throttle body spacer. didn't know how much one helps. also lookin into a not too costly aftermarket cam. any suggestions. thinkin 216/230

I have the exact same truck just stock and it is supposed to have round 290 hp stock but 285 is close enough

Well think what ya want bro. I didn't mention that i also have hooker headers. But whatever, i own several performance shops and personally own a dyno in my garage outside. your truck should have 285-295 stock hp pending on your cab length and bed length and it will be peak at 5200 rpms. all my horsepower is at the rear wheel at 5300 rpms. i've used two different dynos and get the same results. IF your say your truck has 275 hp then you don't even know what enginge you have, the 4.8L has 270 hp.

whatever bro. I'm running k&n, throttle body spacer, high performance cat, and high performance exhaust. I own a dyno at my shop and the results don't lie. Your truck should have atleast 285 hp stock if you got the 5.3 liter.
