Clark did have some trouble with certain guys you'd expect him to beat (as did other tough guys) and McGill was one of 'em. Tough and fearless and a real team player,though not the most talented defenceman .

Clark had a banged up right hand from a fight in a previous game. Notice he didn't throw a single right hand punch. The outcome would have been different if his right was ready.
