Weight training, position drills, a proper diet, and my health/wellness will all play a significant role in my performance at my Pro timing day. There is an old saying that, what you put into it, is what you will get out of it, and fortunately for me I have been busting my ass for the last 7 weeks in preparation for my pro day on Friday.
