  • I was so scared during this tornado! Im so glad no one got hurt

  • dude i liv in illinois

  • I gotta say you guys got big kahunas! To be that close....Why do people drive around? They have to give notice on the radio and tv's, and people still are driving there cars around.....CRAZY.......

  • @815oceanic815 Not all chasers are there for the science, some are indeed out there only for the thrill, but being able to confirm a tornado on the ground is key to alerting the public. Doppler radar can only show rotation in a storm and show its capable of producing a tornado and not that it actually is. People take a tornado warning a lot more seriously when it has been confirmed on the ground by someone.

  • bad fucking ass video

  • Nice vid bud!!!

  • @815oceanic815

Comparing actual footage of what is on the ground and then comparing that to doppler data/satellite information is VERY valuable information to scientists.

The more tornadoes captured on video, the better scientists can understand where they form along cold fronts/in relation to other tornadoes.

  • Why did the Tornado cross the road?

  • Hell of a video...but please...PLEASE....invest in a tripod.

  • Wow!
