Young people have been hardest hit by the economic crisis, since they often lack the experience and skills to be competitive. Today, one in five young Europeans cannot find a job. However the Youth@Work action aims at showing that, thanks to their fresh take on the world, young people often have innovative ideas and energy. According to a European study, the youth unemployment rate in France reached 24.4 % in 2010. Damian Abgrall, 26, and his associate Timothée Martin, 22, choose the path of entrepreneurship by setting up their own computer development company. Created a year ago, thanks to material, financial and moral support, their SME Wid'op now employs four workers aged between 21 and 23.
