I made a 51 nautical mile hop from Waynesville, OH (Red Stewart Airfield - 40I) to Columbus, OH (Bolton Field - TZR) to see a friend. Spent a few hours on the ground and ate at the great BBQ restaurant (JP's) on the field.

Winds were out of the North-Northwest all day, so I got some crosswind takeoff and landing practice at both airports. Don't think any were perfect, but definitely some of my better crosswind takeoffs and landings in a long while. Cloud bottoms were around 4,000 feet all afternoon so I skirted along beneath them at 3,500 there and 2,500 on the way home.
