@Mr90sdude Yeah and you can burn muscle from lifting if you don't eat right. The thing is though, if you weren't lifting you wouldn't be big. There is quite the difference between a body builder and a marathon runner.

@Mr90sdude I'm right there with you. At least a four mile run before every lifting session and I've still gained considerable muscle mass. It's all about getting the proper nutrients and enough of them.

I run/walk barefoot all the time which is not safe, gosh I'm such an african at heart j/k. But I'm going to get me some of those shoes, don't want glass in my foot ya know. He's make me want to run just watching him, dope song too sir :) The Truth, God Bless You

The "cardio burns muscle" talk is completely B.S! It is a myth. You will only burn muscle if you don't get the right amount of proteins and amino acids. You have to make sure you at least get them every 2-3 hours at a time. I do cardio at least 30 min everyday after I lift and I still gained muscle. If nobody believes me fine! I knew it worked for me and I know it will continue to work for me so that's fine enough for me. Anyways, awesome song, I actually heard a cool modern song for once!
