http://Owendell.com Owen Dell takes a walk down Santa Barbara Botanic Garden's 'Mission Canyon Trail' to visit the historic Mission Dam. The Santa Barbara Mission Dam, built in the 1780s, yields a great sustainability lesson. How do we build for the future? To last, to decay, or to quickly become toxic landfill?

  • Very cool video. Thank you for adding me to your list. Maybe if the sh*t hits the fan and society breaks down you could re-hook up this old water supply for Santa Barbara. You might have to move some boulders though. haha

  • Wow, what a beautiful area.

Tiles lasting hundreds of years? that's crazy.. you know, the older civilizations certainly had a lot of things right..

  • Nice! Thank you very much for Sharing!!!!!

What a way of meeting people and get to see their talent. At first was reluctant being on youtube, but getting to do this has brought me into the houses of some very special people. You are one of them. Life; isn't it wonderful!!! Keep up the good work. Have A Splendid Day!!!!
