i need help hugo, im 13 and i am starting with 4lbs on each hand, but i can do 7lbs. the reason why i do 4lbs is because my left arm is weaker, it only can carry 4lbs, while my right arm can do 7lbs. any tips on how i can make both my arms equal?

Hi Mr rivera..what do you think of a program that will consist of lets say...1 week high calorie intake for gains and 1 week low calaorie intake for fat loss? or maybe 2 weeks high and 2 weeks low? thank you for your time and for spreading the word about drug free bodybuilding.

Thanks for the vid. quick questions? can I do my cardio and lifting to gather in one session? I do cardio in the morning and lift in the evening now but it demands alot of time? if yes, should i do cardio first or lift first then cardio??

@pamir30 yes you can but do the following: weights first, some branched chain aminos after the weights in order to protect the muscle tissue (around 10 grams) and then the cardio.
