  • i eat 5-6 meals a day, do you just take these with the 3 biggest meals?

  • @SuperCharvie Apparently you didn't read my entire comment...b/c I said that a Protein supp, creatine, and pre workout caffeine supp are all useful...

  • fish oils, go for 3,6,9 if you can , we cannot produce them, cla you can find in red meat,etc, but you get mor ecla in a capsule/softgel than you could eat in a day , plus red meat is high in calories and is harder to digest, sesamin acts as another intake of fat, to loose fat, keep your calories in dificit mode, as in under eat calorie wise to energy output, and dont be afraid to eat fat, consuming fat provokes our bodies to burn it, hence the supps being fat based, fish oil and cla, :-)

  • I bought fish oil pills for the EFAs. I took it with my multi-vitamin in the morning. I found that it hurt my stomach. It basically gave me the runs. When i stopped taking them, my digestion was back on track.

  • IT IS ALL PLACEBO...ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS THESE PILLS HAVE ARE IN FOOD!!!! Trust me dude, great diet with high calories and balanced....train hard and rest much(thus keeping your hormones balanced)...you guys ever wonder why arnold schwartzenegger look great in the early 70's WITHOUT all of these supplements..Protein, Creatine, and a pre workout psych supplements are the only things that are useful. This is 5 years of Biology talking...science wins again. Dot Physical Therapist
